RETURN POLICY
When you are not satisfied with our product, KAVITHAGOLD.com allows you to cancel your order online before the product has been shipped, your entire order amount will be refunded.
You can send the reason for the cancellation and KAVITHA GOLD has to approve your request to process your cancellation. Approval will be based on valid reasons.
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, KAVITHA GOLD AND DIAMONDS glad to sort out the problem or exchange the product.

7 Days Exchange policy: If you are not satisfied with your product, we entertain exchange of ornaments purchased from us without a reduction in weight or rate only if the same is returned to from undamaged, unused and accompanied with the bill within 7 days. You can return any of our products except for products that have been customized for you.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order for a product at no cost within 48 business hours of placing the order, except for fast-shipping products. If this timeline is exceeded, a 10% cancellation fee will be levied on the total bill. However, you can get your product exchanged at 100% of its value post 48 business hours of order placement or before the order gets dispatched. Upon cancelling orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded to the Kavitha Wallet. Moreover, we would not be able to accept the cancellation of Gold coins/bars, frames, customized jewellery, gift cards and loose solitaires under any circumstances.
The cancellation of orders that are paid via digital wallets like Safegold or online vouchers or gift cards will not be refunded to your bank account. It will be credited to kavitha Wallet only and can be used for future purchases.
Kavitha Gold and Diamonds may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel any particular order. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled or refused are (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Refund Policy
Refunds for payment made through debit/credit cards/net banking will be processed by reversal of the same transaction. This would take around 5-7 working days.
You will receive a Refund Payout link from Kavitha gold.com. If the payout link is not used before it expires, then the refund will be credited to your Kavitha’s Wallet Account
Here are the steps involved:
- A payout Link shall be sent to your contact number and email ID.
- You must open the link and complete verification via OTP.
- You must then provide bank account details where you want to receive the refund. The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account

The money-back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

Kavitha gold and Diamonds provides an option to its customers to get 100% exchange on their products. If you still wish to return, you can get a 100% refund on your purchase under 15 days return policy if the product has manufacturing defects. If not, a 10% fee will be levied on returning your product. Any order above Rs. 1,00,000 will be only eligible for Exchange for the total invoice value only. The Jewellery Insurance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances in case of returns.
Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, or resizing (by a jeweler other than Candere.com) will not be accepted under this policy. The product must be the same as shown on the website with all the supporting paperwork. The product will not be accepted under this policy if the Tag of “Non Returnable If Torn” is removed.
You are eligible for an exchange on Kavitha Gold and Diamonds for 100% of the purchase value under 15 days return policy. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. If the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases. One order can be exchanged only once, post which it will fall under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
Any product that has been customized will not be included in the 15-day Return policy, i.e. designed exclusively for our client through customization. However, these orders will come under a Lifetime Exchange Policy.
In case of engravings, removal of tag, logo, etc., a 10 % deduction will be applicable on the invoice value. If the client wishes to go for Exchange, 100 % value will be adjusted to the exchanged order.
Regarding exchange orders, current gold rates and offers will be applied/replaced with the rates and offers used for the original order.
Loose Solitaire Diamond / Gemstones and Gold Coins or Bars and Frames are not covered under 15 Day Return policy.
How do I return the product within 15 Days?
If you happen to be dissatisfied with the jewellery you received upon delivery, you can login to your Kavitha Gold and Diamonds account and visit My Orders. Here you will have the option to request return for your order with relevant reasons for your dissatisfaction.
Please read the information on your original packing slip.
Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice. Securely repack the unused item.
Once your package is ready, just call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up at your doorstep.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center as mentioned above.
You can expect a refund within 10-14 working days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges after a quality check upon receipt. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly
All jewellery comes with an IGI©,or any other appraisal certificate and must be returned with the certificate. If the certificate is not returned, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost. If you do not have the certificate, let us know so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement. Candere.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments.
Instructions for return packaging:
- Step1: Pack the item(s) securely using the extra packing material found along with your order. Do not use the packaging in which your order was packed and sent.
- Step2: Do not use cello tape or any kind wrapping on the shipment. Use the seal already provided.
- Step3: Shipment should be sealed and packed before handing to courier. Only return invoices for shipping purpose to be kept outside.
